As a native and life-long resident of Colorado, I have seen the tremendous growth the state has experienced over the past 40 years.
In 1979, I graduated with honors (Magna Cum Laude) from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a degree in Business Administration. I went on to earn my MBA from what remains one of the top business schools in the country--the University of California at Berkeley. After earning this degree I moved back to Colorado and started a successful small package delivery company in Denver. The company had offices throughout the front-range of Colorado and employed over 60 people. The company was sold in 2000.
Along with my real estate career, I am a developer of high-end real estate projects in the Steamboat area. I recently completed a multi-million dollar triplex project near the Sheraton Golf Course and have built single-family custom homes in The Sanctuary (one of Steamboat’s golf course communities). My development company, Zephyr Companies LLC, currently has several projects under construction.
My family and I have owned a second home in Steamboat since 1996. Since I sold my company in Denver, I’ve made Steamboat my home. I enjoy all of the outdoor activities the area has to offer--from skiing and snowboarding in the winter, kayaking in the spring, to mountain biking, hiking and fly-fishing all summer and fall.
